Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

CallNovi (“CallNovi,” “we,” “us”) provides an AI phone receptionist for small businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: tech@callnovi.com.

Information we collect

  • Account data — your name, business name, email, and phone number when you sign up or join the waitlist.
  • Call data — recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers, and summaries of calls handled on your behalf. Callers hear a spoken disclosure that the call is with an AI assistant and may be recorded.
  • Calendar data — availability and bookings, only if you connect Google Calendar, and only to read open slots and write the appointments you approve.
  • Usage data — basic logs and device/browser information to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To answer and route calls, book appointments, capture and summarize leads, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your calls or customer data to train public/third-party AI models.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run CallNovi (e.g. telephony, cloud hosting, speech processing) under contract, and when required by law. We never sell personal information.

Retention & your controls

Call recordings, transcripts, and leads are encrypted at rest. You can delete any call, transcript, or lead at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing tech@callnovi.com.

Google user data

CallNovi’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access only the calendar scopes needed to check availability and create bookings you approve.
