These terms govern your use of CallNovi. By using the service you agree to them. Questions: tech@callnovi.com.
The service
CallNovi answers phone calls on your behalf using an AI assistant, books appointments to your connected calendar, screens spam, and captures leads. Availability may depend on telephony providers and network conditions; we aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and keep your account credentials secure.
- Use CallNovi lawfully, including compliance with call-recording and consent laws in your area.
- You are responsible for the business information CallNovi answers from; you can review and edit it anytime.
Billing & trial
Plans start at $39/mo. New accounts include a 7-day free trial; cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.
Acceptable use
Don’t use CallNovi for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, or in a way that violates the rights of callers or third parties. We may suspend accounts that do.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, CallNovi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-product. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
